A lot can, and has been written on this subject. If you're here, you've probably had the above sentiment at some point. It could be with someone you know well, like a family member or friend. It could be with a complete stranger on a bus. Often it's in gatherings of people, where someone feels the need to preach. This person can be singled out by his/her unique ability to sound pious, self-righteous, judgemental, and disdainful of those with other opinions all at the same time. Sooner or later the mask always slips.
