Diversity Of Thought

Inspired by Peter Thiel, who is the first person to our knowledge that uttered this phrase, as a counterpoint to the word diversity.  Diversity of thought is the antithesis of implementing a policy of diversity, which has come to mean categorizing people by immutable differences such as physical characteristics, or sexual preferences. 

Don't bother starting the 10,000th restaurant in Manhattan. Find something to do that if you don't do it, it won't get done.
